The ITP Axel 7 Measurement Software for Windows provides a fully integrated measuring environment. All geometrical, CAD, surface and tube measurements are made from within a uniform user interface. ITP Axel 7 CMM Software features a standard user operator interface throughout, possess identical icons with standard features as well as a standard initial screen presentation which can be changed or varied at the operator's convenience.

Axel Foundation software is the main program for geometrical measurements. It also comprises the basic package for the entire range of Axel applications and other CMM software, and uses the latest and most innovative in CMM software engineering technology.

Option :- Axel CNC
The Axel CNC Visual Programming module provides a quick and convenient way of creating CNC measuring programs visually, when used in conjunction with Axel Foundation software. Programs can be created in Learn Mode, off-line or directly from a CAD drawing. One of the benefits of Axel CNC Visual Programming is that the program can be fully developed and tested for its functionality in a simulation using a Dry Run mode. Programs can be run either in full or in parts from convenient, user-selected start points. With the addition of multiple break-points, execution can be started, continued or stopped from any convenient part in the program. Using the functionality of the CNC Program Editor, the user can create a program by ‘drawing’ it onto a form. An extensive library of CNC feature measurement routines is provided for shapes and configurations such as lines, circles, arcs, planes, cones, spheres, cylinders and CAD surface points.

Option :- Axel Off-line Programming
Axel Offline Programming allows complete CNC programs to be created and tested off-line from a CAD model.

Option:- CAD & Surface Inspection
Axel Surface Inspection CMM software adds surface inspection features to the standard Axel Foundation program, thus providing a truly integrated geometrical and CAD surface measuring environment. Axel Surface Inspection CMM software allows the user to measure complex shapes on manual CMMs, Measuring Arms or CNC CMMs. Results are then made available in numerical and graphical formats.

Option:- Tube Inspection
Manipulated tubes can be inspected as prototypes or against their nominal data. During measurement the operator is prompted to measure the designed features of the tube, which are also highlighted in the Measure Window. As well as tubes, brackets & intersections can also be measured
as an entity. CAD import & export, with easy tube extraction from CAD data.
Bender interface with download / upload of nominal / correction data
