How to get CENOMAR

A Certificate of No Marriage Record (CENOMAR) is simply what its name implies. It is a certification issued by the PSA stating that a person has not contracted any marriage. Also called a certificate of No Record of Marriage or Certificate of Singleness.

Requirements:
Valid ID
CENOMAR application form
Authorization Letter/ Special Power of Attorney (In case you cannot go to PSA)

Cost: P210.00

Steps to get CENOMAR
1. Proceed to the Queueing Area located at the Ground Floor of the PSA-CRS Building (Fill up the form)
2. Proceed to the Payment Area located at the 2nd Floor of PSA-CRS Building
3. Proceed to the Releasing Area licated at the Ground Floor of the PSA-CRS Building
