Bullwhip Cracking: the Sydney Flash

Описание к видео Bullwhip Cracking: the Sydney Flash

This video demonstrates the traditional Australian multiple cracking pattern known as the Sydney Flash. I focus mainly on demonstrating variations of the Sydney Flash I learned from Charlie Hassett, of Hassett's 4 Corners fame.

The whip I'm using is basically an 8 ft nylon bullwhip from www.whipsandwhatknots.com. I believe Conrad would sell this whip as a 7 ft stock whip with a 14" full plait handle.

There are plenty more variations of the Sydney Flash, I just wanted to share what I learned from Charlie.

Some of the extra cracks are difficult to get, and it can help to put a lighter cracker on your whip to make them happen.
