RECIPE

Cubanita
4-oz (120 mL) tomato juice
2-oz (60 mL) white rum
1-tsp (5 mL) lime juice
4 pinches black pepper
4 pinches celery salt
2 pinches salt
0.5-tsp (2.5 mL) Worcestershire sauce
0.25-tsp (1.25 mL) horseradish
2 dashes Tabasco sauce

Garnish: One or more of celery stalk, pickle spear, olives, cheese stick, shrimp, and/or anything else you’d like to stick in the glass.
Glass: Collins or pint

Instructions: Shake ingredients. Strain into glass. Garnish.
