Offset Smoker Build, Part 6! SHES DONE! First Fire and Oil!

The time has come! Part 6 is here, we washed the smoker out, then fired it up and oiled it up! I followed my buddy from Instagram, Iron Oak BBQ Pits, and used vegetable oil on the outside and I am loving how it turned out! The temps were holding great around the 250 and then I kicked it up to 350 to keep cooking in that oil!
