Last year I beat Colo in 40 minutes with 2 characters. By the end of the year, I got more +damage gear and the rare void orb on Levistras that adds 10 damage, but I had to quit playing for awhile.

Upon returning, I had one goal in mind, which was to see how fast colo could be done with this new gear. Even with the damage increase, it was actually hard to beat my old time for a little while... but I soon got better again and also developed some new strats.

37 and 38 minute runs became common, and in this run I finally beat Colo in under 37 minutes. I am happy with this time and am not doing colo anymore.

I think beating colo in under 36 minutes is barely possible if everything goes perfectly. But it would take many hours for everything to go perfectly. For example, in this run the 2nd shadow wave could have been skipped, the second mukkir wave could have skipped, and 30 seconds could be saved on the final room. That theoretically should be enough for a 36 minute run, however many other rooms went exceptionally well this run, such as the virindi room (room 14).

There's a lot of RNG in colo as well. The first room for example can have times varying from 1 minute 9 seconds to 1 minute 22 seconds, with absolutely no change in strategy. The mobs simply spawn fast sometimes, and slow other times. Mobs can spawn in good locations or bad locations. Some ring spells miss for no reason, sometimes they hit perfectly. Sometimes you get a lot of crits, sometimes you don't. Resists, no resists, etc.

I don't currently see a way to two man Colo in under 35 minutes (with no rares), but if anyone can do that it would be super impressive!
