UW Climate Change Video Contest - High School Videos, First Place

The University of Washington School of Environmental and Forest Sciences (SEFS) launched the first-ever UW Climate Change Video Contest in December 2014. SEFS asked Washington state high school and undergraduate college students to show the world what climate change meant to them in three minutes or less. The top 10 video submissions were screened at Town Hall on May 15, 2015, and the winners were announced by a lively panel of judges—Annie Leonard, Dean Lisa J. Graumlich, Paul D. Miller (aka DJ Spooky) and Randy Olson. Cash prizes were awarded to the winning videos—$5,000 for first place and $1000 for second place.
