In this session, we look at the feedback from the mid-semester opine survey.

After a short review of statistics, we delve into defects and how same kind of defects can cause different failure signatures. We look at redundancy schemes and how 2-rows redundancy and column/ bitslice redundancy can be used to recover memory Yield.

We then look into project related queries and see the components of Replica I/O and I/O circuits. We also develop an understanding of antenna charges and how antenna diodes are added to provide paths for removing charge from gates so that they are not destroyed by antenna charges.
