Welcome to Throwback Thursday! This video was originally posted to my YouTube channel in August of 2018 and is one of the first videos I created for this channel. Awhile back I took down several of the videos from my early days on YouTube. Nearly 60 of them... really, what was I thinking?! And although some of them are truly cringe-worthy. For example, the number of times I say "you know" is ridiculous 🤦♀️. Yet, I believe these early videos still have some value, in terms of the content and support they may offer to those who are struggling.
