I slowcooked 4 31/2 pound hens for 10 hours using my scraps of onion celery carrots etc. From my freezer
I used poultry seasoning salt and pepper
Deboned meat
Strained the stock
Pressure cook at 11 pounds for 90 minutes for quarts
75 for pints
