The battle BGM remains the same til the very end of this video, I think it's glitched.

Rune system added, and a few of towers work different compare with old version(s).
(Rune System)If you try to attack an enemy with certain element(s) for certain times, it'll trigger other extra effects, old version(1.24D) does not have this feature.
