Full name is Nemesio Arizabal Ruiz, Sr. Born, December 3, 1956 in Sta. Ana, Cagayan. Now resides in Laoag City with wife Marilyn Pascual Ruiz and children, Nemy Jr., Nemalyn and Sharine. He started working as Radio Announcer, News Reporter, Writer and Actor at age 17. He has been in radio broadcasting industry for almost four decades now. He was once elected as City Councilor of Laoag City in 1992. He specializes in writing and acting for radio drama, reading love letters live on air and giving love advice.
