Our family has enjoyed weekend trips to Gene's Trout Fishing Resort for many years. This June, my brother Tom (the videographer) and I decided to bring our father, David, to the Norfork River to celebrate Father's Day. What we ended up with will be a story that will last for generations. A special thanks to Victor Jones, Paul Storm and the Gene's staff for making our weekend the fishing memory of a lifetime.
The brown trout was 36.5" and weighed 25.1 lbs. It was caught using a mag-light 5'4" Loomis GL-2 paired with a Pflueger President GR-7 reel with 6 lb Trilene XL low vis line and a #6 Eagle Claw hook.
