Future life progression is a powerful technique that allows you to see "what's next!" and thus make better decisions in the present.
Future life progressions, like past life regressions, can have tremendous therapeutic benefits. You can see your future selves in a different body, a different universe, a different time or era, just as you can see your past selves.
