This is a commercial for Nestea, specifically for new Nestea Liquid Concentrate. The commercial features Craig, who was at the tame half way through his run on The Drew Carry Show on which he played Drew's boss Mr. Wick. One could argue that the character in this commercial is Nigel Wick.

Nestea is a Swiss brand of iced tea and other beverages owned by Nestlé. According to the commercial, this product can be found in your grocer's tea aisle... which is odd phrasing. How do they know MY grocer has it (or that I have a grocer). And I doubt there is an aisle dedicated to tea.

This is concentrate, so you mix it with water to make a the tea.
