Kylie Velvet Lip Kits New Formula Review & Swatches

There are seven shades in total 700 Bare, 405 Red Velvet, 100 Posie K, 305 Harmony, 203 Party Girl, 705 Charm and 306 Say No More. I don't like the new formula. I wore the shade in "Red Velvet" the lip liner was very dry after an hour and started to come. I didn't eat or drink anything during that time. I tried to fix it but it didn't work since the velvet formula liquid lipstick transfers. This was disappointing as I loved the original formula.
