In part to celebrate Halloween here’s one of my favorite movie scenes to use O gauge trains, Gomez Addams’ spectacular train wreck from The Addams Family (1991). More specifically a Lionel 18609 Northern Pacific 2-6-4 locomotive with an 18606 NYC tender (switches later to an 18606 NYC Locomotive with the 18609’s tender for the crash scene) and matching Northern Pacific 027 passenger cars. The “diesel” looks to be a Lionel 8807 Lehigh Valley RS-3 with caboose. Gomez’s transformer of choice, the mighty ZW.
