2002 Lincoln Town Car Pioneer DEH-X8800BHS Stereo Upgrade Will It Work Or Fit???

I bought my dad's 2002 Lincoln Town Car not too long ago. It already has a very nice sounding factory Alpine stereo with 6 CD Changer, but the original stereo has no USB Port; much less Bluetooth. I have well over 8,000++ songs on my USB Flashdrive and wanted to listen to my music in the Lincoln, as well as be able to switch over to XM Radio when needed. I went to the Crutchfield.com website, entered my vehicle info, and picked out a beautiful new Pioneer stereo, I was surprised the website offered so many useful items and phone support to help the installation go as smoothly as possible. Was very impressed with Crutchfield, I have never heard or dealt with them before. So I wanted to video the stereo swap so you can see all that was involved.
