Mathews VXR Review & SUPERTUNE

Описание к видео Mathews VXR Review & SUPERTUNE

Today we're taking the BRAND NEW Mathews VXR 28 and getting it super tuned. Overall, we're blown away at how awesome the VXR is. It's super smooth, with a rock-solid back wall, dead in the hand, and silent as a church mouse.

Here are the steps that we take to tune our bows:

- after unboxing, put on all your accessories (wrist strap, stabilizer, etc).
- Put rest on, and make sure the arrow is running dead level, through the center of the berger hole.
- ensure everything... and I mean EVERYTHING... is dead level.
- Tie nock points
- Tie D-Loop
- Put bow on draw board and check timing. Make adjustments so cams are timed.
- Attach rest timing cord, and put bow back on draw board.
- Draw bow on board, and adjust rest timing cord until rest is coming to fully upright with about 1-1.5" remaining
- Shoot a bare shaft through paper and adjust timing or top hats based on tear until you get perfect bullet hole.
- Step back to 15 yards (or whatever you have), and shoot through paper with fletched arrow. Make micro-adjustments to the rest until you get perfect bullet hole.
- Go Shoot!!!

What good would a bow be without a sight so bright you can see it at any time of day? And what good would a bright sight be without being as tough as a $2 steak from Dennys??!! HHA Sports does all that and more for us - Check them out here: https://www.hhasports.com/

Stop sitting on the front of the tree. Add some angle to your dangle and get as comfortable as you never thought possible in the tree. Hunt from a saddle!! Check out our buddies at Tethrd: https://tethrdnation.com/

We might be hanging in trees in backyards, but our optics are beyond important to us. We need to not only identify deer right away, but also make sure that after the shot, they've dropped asap! We trust only one brand of glass, and those are Vortex Optics. Make sure to check them out here: https://vortexoptics.com/

How important is that glass? So important that we trust only the absolute best bino harness in the game to protect them - FHF Gear. Not only do these harnesses protect our optics and rangefinder, but they also are sleek, lightweight, and silent to operate. Plus, they get points for us because they just flat out look cool! Go pick yours out here: https://fhfgear.com/

Know where you stand! It's always important to know that you're on the correct property, but it's even more important when you're hunting on postage stamp properties, and tracking deer after the shot. We trust the team over at OnX to make sure we know where we stand. Plus, when we're keeping track of over a thousand trees to hunt from, there's no easier way than on your smartphone! Give them a try from the Appstore, or here: https://www.onxmaps.com/
