Victoria Park is an excellent place to live. First of all, we are very conveniently located to I 4 which is the interstate close by so you can get downtown Orlando or you can get to a beach within 30 minutes each way. If you have kids it's a great place. There is tons of things to do for kids. If you are empty-nesters there are tons of things for you to do as empty-nesters so there is just a little bit for everybody here.

We have a community pool which is a 5000 ft.² resort style pool and we also have a fitness center. There are tennis courts and miles of walking trails. We have a catch and release fishing lake. David weekly actually is lucky enough to have all of our homes sites intermingled with Victoria Hills' golf course. It is a public course but it is also top-rated in Central Florida. Being a resident, you do get a discount for memberships and daily rates.

There is a couple of things that make David Weekly homes very unique. The number one thing is our life design, how we design our floor plans. These beautiful sightlines as you walk through the door. You should be able to look through every beautiful window and then flows through our traffic pattern which goes around your rooms and not through your rooms. Also, we give you your own personal website which is mydwhomes.com so as construction of your home goes through the process you are able to watch your home being built through digital photos, through updates of construction stages. You can also communicate with myself or your personal builder through that website.

We offer many different flex options on our homes so if you have a growing family, maybe we should change one room into a fourth bedroom or you may entertain a lot, so you may need a bonus room. We offer many of these different options to help you customize the home to your family.

I love my kitchen. I love the fact that it's the big great room and if you have company you can entertain and you can be right with everybody even though you're not sitting on the couch with them. It's a great house.
