Love this griddle and wish I purchased it a long time ago!
I purchased this griddle Sizzle-Q SQ180 with low expectations. I used it on my Weber Genesis S-320 grill. I wanted to purchase a Blackstone and place it next to my grill but my wife said I didn't need it. Boo... So I purchased this griddle and this model because it was only $50. All I can is WOW. I never thought something like this would change my grilling habits. It fit beautifully and is surprisingly made from the highest of quality metals. It is very heavy and well worth the money I paid for it. I did have an issue cleaning it and did make the mistake of not cleaning it for a few days. It was in very poor condition with food and stains burned into it. I was upset to see that I had one more thing that I need to spend more time taken care of it than using it. Well, I was wrong. I watched a video on YouTube on how to clean it easily from a cook that has cleaned griddles for years with just water when the griddle was hot and the steam quickly and easily removes everything including the stains that are from being very hot. I recommend everyone watching this video before they attempt to clean any other way! I love this purchase and I am very satisfied with it.
