Whilst walking through Top Ryde City Shopping Centre I met Kamal who lives with Schizophrenia who called me over because he thought I looked like a musician and wanted my thoughts on a song he had just written. He explained that he wrote it to help fight the voices in his head that bring on suicidal thoughts. I was blown away!!!
