Palm Oil Mill - Mini of FINIC

The FINIC Mini Palm Oil Mill is comprised of the following Equipment.

1) One Palm Fruits Digester suitable for all varieties of fruits. It can digest 1.5 tons of loose fruits in an hour.

2) One settling tank in which sludge washed off the macerated fruits will settle before being poured into the clarifier. With that, the water content is reduced.

3) Three Palm Fruits Sterilizers each with capacity to sterilize 450 loose fruits in a batch and each will last for 2 hours.

4) One Batch Palm Oil Clarifier with capacity to hold 5 drums (1,000 Litres of palm oil in a batch produced in 8 hours. At the end of 8 hours, taps are opened and all 5 drums of palm oil will be discharged in one go.
