In this Let's Play video, you will see me play Glorious Companions (Full Release). Glorious Companions is an open world RPG adventure, party management game with tactical turn based combat. The game is set in a fantasy medieval like world where you recruit various companions to build up your company (party) and explore the world taking on contracts and complete various quests given by the various people you encounter. The game plays very similar to "Wartales" with the open world exploration. Time only lapse when you move. You engage in a tactical turn-based combat when fighting opponents. There are two races to choose from in this game, Valerenay (Humans) and Scarres (Lizards). There are Two campaigns (Valrenay and Scarres) centered around the looming threat of awakening enormous statues. You start a new game creating your main character who acts as the Captain of the company. This character will get the unique Captain Trait. The story unfolds as your explore the open world of Terscara. You can recruit and hire new party members to join your company. You'll need to make money to pay them weekly and obtain food to feed them daily. Visit the merchant to buy supplies to keep your company afloat. It has a lot of "Wartales", "Battle Brother", "Spear Song", "Darklands", "Wasteland", "Battletech", "Mechwarrior", and "Sigilfarer" vibes! I will be playing a fresh start, new game in this episode 1. If you enjoy playing open world party based exploration game, this game is worth checking out.
