The Small Cambodian City Where All the Expats Live - Kampot

We are visiting Kampot, Cambodia - a popular area for foreign and local tourists, as well as expats living in Cambodia. It's a sleepy river town with a lot of surprises. Above all else, Kampot is known for it's food. Kampot pepper is considered some of the best pepper in the world, with its red, black, green, and white varieties. We visit La Plantation and learn all about the pepper growing process. We also eat a ton of food - from incredible breakfast sandwiches to "the best burger in Cambodia". The riverside is the place to be when in Kampot. There are many riverside resorts that are perfect for relaxation and a cold beer. I think I understand why so many expats choose to grow old and fat in Kampot.
