Sailing through Arcadia Lake Channel, Lake Michigan

Recorded July 3, 2024. This got a little tight. Not only is this channel narrower than I expected, the depth meter got down to 4.2 feet at one point due to a sand bar in the channel. The transducer is about a foot under water so we had just over 5 feet, and the boat draws 4 and a half.
Sorry about the binnacle console blocking the depth meter during the critical part as we sailed over the sandbar with very little expressed concern about the possibility of grounding while sailing along at 5 knots without the engine running (but I have the key in ready to start it, and that baby starts like that once she's been run to get out of the harbor). Just by luck the deepest way was right where I sailed through, I found out from talking to other sailors who season in Arcadia.
