Tarapith is a Hindu temple in the CD block, Chandipur village, Rampurhat subdivision, Birbhum district, West Bengal, India. The Tarapith devotee is also famous for Bamakhepa, also known as Abadhuta or "mad saint", Bamakhepa devoted his entire life to the worship of their mother. His ashram is also located near the Tara temple on the banks of the river Dwarka.

Another temple built in the style of Tarapith is newly constructed on a land of about 6 acres in Chokgopal village of Myshora area under Panskura police station of East Midnapore district.
