The Aquatics Centre was designed by Zaha Hadid for the London Olympics in 2012 and is one of the main buildings in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Designed to represent water in motion it has an incredible floating roof, that to me looks like a stingray gliding through the ocean.

It was build with extra seating on the sides for the Olympics, which were removed after the event and these stunning aqua glass walls were installed, giving the building this striking contract with the undulating wooden facade.
