Unlock your bootloader here http://en.miui.com/unlock/

Step 2: 12:50
Download TWRP custom Recovery https://yadi.sk/d/Sfphfmw6Y3ZJUA
Install TWRP via Fastboot mode
Extract the folder then while inside the extracted folder
Press and hold Shift key + right click then click "open powershell here"

Code:
Run "Fastboot devices" to make sure your computer sees your Mi 10 Pro (Xiaomi device) while in Fastboot mode
fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
fastboot boot twrp.img

Step 3: 19:00
Download Xiaomi.eu ROM from https://xiaomi.eu/community/
FORMAT /data partition (NEVER wipe System or Persist!)
Copy the ROM to the internal storage
Install the ROM
Reboot
done
Installation via TWRP:
Download zip to internal storage
Updater - Menu (...) - Reboot to Recovery
Install - Select zip
Reboot
Done
