A video of a strange dance in the New Zealand Parliament is going viral on social media. The first time this peculiar incident happened was in 2023, when Hana-Rauhit Kaririki Maipi-Clark, the youngest member of parliament in New Zealand, protested to ensure the rights of the country's Maori aborigines through the traditional haka dance. Recently, the same member of parliament again blocked the normal activities of the New Zealand Parliament, through the haka dance. This time his protest was against a new law that was being passed in the country regarding the locals.

নিউজিল্যান্ডের পার্লামেন্টে অদ্ভুদ নাচের ভিডিও নিয়ে সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমে চলছে ঝড়। প্রথমবার বিচিত্র এই ঘটনা ঘটে ২০২৩ সালে, যখন নিউজিল্যান্ডের সবচেয়ে কনিষ্ঠ সংসদ সদস্য হানা-রাউহিটি কারিরিকি মাইপি-ক্লার্ক, আদিবাসিদের ঐতিহ্যবাহী হাকা নাচের মাধ্যমে, দেশটির মাওরি আদিবাসিদের অধিকার নিশ্চিতের জন্য প্রতিবাদ করেন। সম্প্রতি ওই সংসদ সদস্যই আবার নিউজিল্যান্ডের পার্লামেন্টের স্বাভাবিক কার্যক্রম আটকে দেন, হাকা নাচের মাধ্যমে। এবার তার প্রতিবাদ ছিলো আদিবাসীদের নিয়ে দেশটিতে পাশ হতে যাওয়া নতুন এক আইনের বিরুদ্ধে। তবে অনেকেরই প্রশ্ন অদ্ভুদ এই হাকা নাচের অর্থ ও রহস্য কী? আর প্রতিবাদের জন্যই কেন এই হাকা নাচের ব্যবহার করা হয়?..
