Exploring Wheal Coates - Through The Vugga

Описание к видео Exploring Wheal Coates - Through The Vugga

Going underground at Wheal Coates, one of Cornwall's most famous mines, situated on the North Cornish coast above Chapel Porth Beach near St Agnes, going along a stope from a massive cave area to a waterfall deep under the Cornish cliffs. The cave we use to access the mine is known as Vugga Cave. It was originally dug by miners, but the sea has widened it overtime. We pass some interesting features along the way including wooden remains, shafts from above, and also some interesting coloured stones.

IMPORTANT
Please do not ever attempt to enter this or any other Cornish mine without anyone with proper knowledge. This video is just for entertainment/informational purposes, it is not trying to encourage inexperienced people to enter these abandoned mines.
