Ingredients: For 2 to 3 servings

Pake hue chawal (Cooked leftover rice): 250 grams
Bareek namak (Salt): 3/4th teaspoon
Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder): 1 teaspoon
Haldi powder (Turmeric powder): 1/4th teaspoon
Adrak lehsan ka paste (Ginger garlic paste): 1 teaspoon
Tel (Cooking oil): 1 ½ tablespoon
Sabith zeera (Cumin seeds): 1 teaspoon
Rai (Mustard seeds): 1 teaspoon
Pyaaz (Onion): 1
Kari patta (Curry leaves): mutthi bhar (a handful)
Kata hua hara dhaniya (Chopped coriander): mutthi bhar (a handful)
Sabith hari mirch (Whole green chillies): 3

Procedure:

1. Pake hue chawal ke lumps tod (break) lijiye.

2. Is mein namak aur lal mirch powder dalkar mila lijiye.

3. Cooking pan mein tel (oil) daliye. Jab tel garam ho jaaye, is mein sabith zeera aur rai daliye.

4. Zeera aur rai ko tal kar (fry), aanch dheemi kar lijiye aur kari patta daliye.

5. Kati hui pyaaz daliye. Badami rang ki hone tak pyaaz ko tal lijiye.

6. Adrak lehsan ka paste daliye aur 10 second tak ise bhuniye.

7. Haldi powder daliye, achhi tarah se milakar, namak aur mirch mile hue chawal daliye.

8. Achhi tarah se milakar kata hua hara dhaniya aur sabith hari mirchein daliye. Dhakkan dhaanp dijiye.

9. Paanch minute tak dheemi aanch par pakaiyye. Beech mein hilate rahiye ke chawal jal na jaayen.


Bache hue chawal se tayyar kiya Hyderabadi Baghara hua Khana tayyar hai. Khatti dal ya koi bhi salan ke saath pesh kijiye. Is mein tali hui moong phalli bhi dal sakte hain.
