Real, full-fat cheese & other dairy has great macros and is a good source of vitamins/minerals. But,
it carries an addictive molecule that causes many people to over-eat their satiety hormones. This molecule is know as Casomorphins and is put in the milk to addict her baby to milk, thus ensuring drinking enough to grow and gain weight as fast as possible. This same molecule causes many people to crave cheese/yogurt/milk and causes them to eat too much food.
Some research shows that Raw Milk causes less craving from the casomorphins...
Keep in mind, this affects some more than others (normal distribution curve), but for some folks (including me) cheese is a problem.
