How to Remove Somebody from a Property as a Security Officer

Security officers are often asked to remove people from a property for trespassing, disorderly conduct, theft, etc.. Still, they are not usually given much training on how to do that calmly and professionally. We can often escalate a situation because of how we communicate or approach the problem.
