The intention of this presentation is NOT to compare those with pain to Pavlov'd dogs, but to explain Classical Conditioning and Neuroplasticity using Pavlov's dogs.

Persistent pain and central sensitization are obviously far more complex than what is presented here, but with growing evidence, these concepts are certainly valuable to discuss.
