SGT Bartz began his career with Dickinson PD in 1980 and served many years with investigations and patrol supervision. His Strength-Based Leadership philosophy paved the way for future leaders of the department. In addition to his sharp-wit and strong sense of humor, SGT Bartz is just an all-around good guy who always kept the shift together during turbulent times.
