They talk about the importance of family in the doctor’s office, and show all of the technicians, everybody that works here, their family photos, and talk about Dr. Maloley’s family and his background. I was impressed with the professionalism right away. Showing me - giving me a tour of the office and how everything works, and it was just like nothing I’d ever experienced before in a doctor’s office, as soon as I walked in the door.


Everybody was wonderful, right away, in talking through insurance, explaining what was covered, wanting to get information before I got to the office to make it as smooth as possible once I got here. So it was really a quick visit, quick and easy.


The dental hygienist was great, I had a great conversation with her all throughout the cleaning. Actually it turned out that we knew each other, I had taught her husband before, so that was kind of a fun connection, too.


Everyone is just super helpful and friendly and really seems to care about you and wants to go above and beyond in everything that they’re doing, and it’s obvious.


Dr. Maloley, he absolutely wants to know more about you and connect with you. So when I told him that I was traveling, he wanted to share his travel experiences as well, and living abroad. He was really easy to talk to, I felt that I could trust him and his judgment and what I needed done. He was super kind and I felt really comfortable in talking to him.
