I recruit an agent in the Summer Bazaar (Barter by Belle shows up as a Connections perk at the War Table), collect easy XP via codex entries, and find the three Red Things (handkerchiefs) that unlock the Secluded Courtyard where we’ll find Red Jenny (Sera). Next, we’ll be accosted by Grand Enchanter Fiona, leader of the Free Mages. Then we’ll meet an Orlesian noble who throws fireballs at us, and an elven archer who wants to join the Inquisition.
