Hello and welcome! As promised here is another video on how to make grilled quarter legs! They came out nice and tender and the skin had a nice crispy finish which made it even better! Seasoned well and a delicious piece of meat to eat with rice, beans, and any vegetables of your choice!

Ingredients:

• 5 quarter legs
• Small bowl of olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
• 1 teaspoon of seasoning salt

Steps:

1. First set your Power XL to the “grill” preset on 375 degrees for 15 minutes and let it pre-heat. While it preheats grab a brush and rub olive oil all over your chicken quarter legs. Make sure to oil and front and back side. Then mix all your seasonings together which is your: 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of seasoning salt. Then mix it all together.

2. When your seasoning is all combined sprinkle the seasoning on the front and back side of the chicken. Now that the Power XL is done preheating add in your quarter legs front side facing up and press start.

3. When it’s done take them out and reset your Power XL to the “Grill” preset on 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Once it’s done add in your quarter leg, front side facing down to the grill plate and let it grill.

4. Then take them out and we are going to grill them for another 10 minutes on 375 degrees but let it pre-heat first and once it’s done preheating you can add the chicken front side facing up.
