1/2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp sugar

1 and 1/2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 3 tbsp water
3 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
2 tbsp oil

WATER DOUGH
210g all-purpose flour
30g caster sugar
4g salt
60g unsalted butter
120ml water

OIL DOUGH
160g all-purpose flour
100g unsalted butter

2 small eggs
white sesame seeds
