Door Handle Replacement - Lexus ES300 Redo Project

Continuing with the Lexus ES300 Redo Project, we'll be replacing the broken driver's side exterior door handle. The steps to replace this door handle can be applied to other Toyota and Lexus passenger vehicles. These handles typically brake during the winter when icy conditions combined with moisture freezes the door in place and the driver yanks, pulls and jerks on the door handle to get the door to open. New door handles can be purchased pre-painted (Amazon or Ebay) and are relatively inexpensive.
