With a matter of weeks before this route got withdrawn I wanted to sample it a couple of times with different vehicles. So here is Hyde Road allocated Alexander Dennis E400 MMC 10485 SN65OBV taking up duty on Route X58 from Piccadilly Gardens towards Trafford Park and Flixton. The service was a peak express service similar to the 256 but was withdrawn. I do wonder if it’ll make a return when Tranche 3 launches in January 2025.
