As you may have guesses we really like food, and experimenting with it when we go out. Different places different dishes. Heck I go from greasy spoons, to chain restaurants to some high end places. Any of the places we go we are always on the look out for recipes to try and bring home with us ( I have tons of pics of menus in my phone so I remember things lol) Well this is just one of those recipes. Texas Roadhouse Rattlesnake Bites is a great and simple little appetizer. There aren't a lot of ingredients or steps to this one. It isn't overly time consuming and let's be honest it this one freaking tastes so good! But come on lol anything deep fried has to be good right?

Total Time: 40 Minutes
Makes: 15 - 20 Apps

16 oz. Pepper Jack Cheese, Shredded
3 Jalapeños, Seeded and Diced
1/2 Cup Flour
1 Egg
1 Cup Milk
1-1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
