The Oklahoma Joe’s® Flex Accessories maximize the space and functionality of Rider Pellet Grills to cook large quantities or many different kinds of food at the same time. In this video, we’ll show you how it all works.

The Flex Racks System includes the Rib Flex Rack, Drumstick & Pepper Flex Rack and Multi-Purpose Rack to cook ribs, drumsticks, peppers, veggies and more. With the secondary cooking racks removed, Flex Racks (sold separately) are inserted into the slotted brackets mounted on the back wall of the cooking chamber.

The Flex Grate System includes the Deep Dish Pan to cook foods like gumbo, paella and cobbler and the Griddle for breakfast food, stir-fry and fajitas. With the circular center grate removed (DLX & 900 models), the deep-dish pan and griddle fit snugly into the opening and under the Flex Racks.
