In part 16 of the NA+T build I’m fitting the full ANTZ Performance 4-inch stainless steel exhaust to the Fairmont. It’s an FG-spec system from turbo back, and while I wasn’t sure it would bolt straight onto the B-Series, I’m running an FG turbo and manifold setup — so I figured it was worth a shot.

This kit from ANTZ PERFORMANCE has really impressed me. The welds are clean, the V-band joins are solid, and the cast dump is a nice touch that really sets it apart from other crushed or poorly welded options out there. The whole system lined up better than I expected, and it feels like a proper quality bit of gear.
Only modification needed was dropping the diff cradle slightly to clear the pipe over the rear, which is pretty standard for a 4” setup. I also replaced a damaged rubber spring seat while I was under there and made sure the O2 sensor wiring was all sorted.

The car’s getting closer now. With the full exhaust in, next up will be the intercooler, and then it’s nearly time to get it ready for fab work and tuning.
