What comes to mind when we talk about artificial intelligence, risk management, and leadership?

For me, I think about the potential opportunities that AI can bring to communities everywhere, creating new value from healthcare and agriculture to manufacturing, financial services, and beyond.

But I also worry about the technology being exploited by bad actors to scam unsuspected consumers, or biased algorithms causing harms to humans. I think about the AI divide, where people and nations without access to supercomputers, data, and the digital economy will be left behind.

What will the future of financial services hold? How can we create pathways for workers to upskill and reskill? And how can we best harness the tremendous potential of AI to create a more equitable future for all?
