World Conqueror 4--- Wipe Out Enemy Hard 7-10

Level 7, send land troops to block the landing of enemy, EZ. Then, spam the naval generals to submarine since all your targets are volatile to it. PS, sub got buff hitting those. Ignore other units, focus fire to targets.

Level 8, Fly your infantry and artillery to Florida Coast as usual, use ships to support the landing of remaining. Spare 1 ship to sink the carrier, then send others to north and finish the battle.

Level 9, Nothing special however suggested to capture town from bottom to top, and left to right. The battleship will help you destroying the coastal city easily.

Level 10, Capture the capital in first few rounds, then finish the enemy generals if you cannot defend 1 city easily. Then wipe the 2 remained right cities, your Ally would help a bit.
