You could call it a 'custom made backpack', 'home made backpack' or 'pieced together from other backpacks to make a backpack backpack'!
Either way, I feel I'm on the right track to make a suitable pack for rugged, mid weight, wet weather expeditions. THE waterproof backpack!
Now bear in mind, this is stage 1 of my pack build and very much open to change!
I am very much looking forward to hearing your suggestions, backpack ideas and constructive feedback on this one folks, so don't let me down :D
