My Crazy Journey from Music Industry to Global Luxury Travel Entrepreneur | Shanna Dickerson

Hi, I’m Shanna Dickerson, owner of Blue Sky Luxury Travels, and I’m excited to share my personal journey of how I went from promoting concerts for the biggest names in music like The Rolling Stones and Jay-Z to building a global luxury travel company.

After a successful career in concert production, I took a bold leap at the age of 30, selling everything to start my own business in St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands. It wasn’t easy—there were countless challenges along the way, from the devastating hurricanes of 2017 to the economic impact of COVID-19. But through grit and determination, I’ve grown Blue Sky by over 1100% since the pandemic!

Now, Blue Sky is thriving, and I’ve also founded a non-profit organization called Blue Sky Relief Foundation to help tackle animal abuse and neglect in the Virgin Islands.

I hope my story inspires others to take risks, push through setbacks, and follow their dreams. If I can do it, so can you!
