Konstantinos Vagenas. He is 22 years old, he was born in Ioannina and grew up in Igoumenitsa. He is a student in his 4th year at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Xanthi, Marketing Team Leader at the Democritus Racing Team (DRT), the university's team for the construction of the car for the FSAE international competition , and ex athlete of the National Rowing Team of Greece . Through his personal history, he will show us that despite the things he was forced to do and the things he wanted, he managed to find himself and carve out his own course. "I'm here to learn a lot about me, with the failure I could not accept and plan the next step for my life but also the things I “had” to do without trying to doubt and define what I will do with the responsibility and the strength of myself as an independent and autonomous unit. The route is long and full of difficulties, the result is the redemption of yourself. " In his athlete’s career starting from the age of 12, he has numerous achievements including a 19th and 24th place in the world ranking as a junior athlete after competing at the World Rowing Junior Championships ,6 medals at Balkan Championships and is a 4-time Hellenic Champion in his sport. Through his races and his experience on sports he took lessons that shaped his character and absorbed all the values and morals sportsmanship can teach someone. Κωνσταντίνος Βαγενάς Είναι 22 ετών, γεννήθηκε στα Ιωάννινα και μεγάλωσε στην Ηγουμενίτσα. Είναι φοιτητής 4ου έτους στους ΗΜΜΥ του ΔΠΘ, Πολυτεχνική Σχολή στην Ξάνθη και Marketing Team Leader στην Democritus Racing Team (DRT) , την αγωνιστική ομάδα του πανεπιστημίου για κατασκευή του μονοθέσιου αυτοκινήτου για τον διεθνή διαγωνισμό FSAE. Θα μας δείξει μέσα από την προσωπική του ιστορία πως μέσα απο τα θέλω και τα πρέπει που του επέβαλαν κατάφερε να βρει τον εαυτό του και να χαράξει την δικιά του πορεία. «Είμαι εδώ έμαθα πολλά για μένα, με την αποτυχία που δεν μπορούσα να αποδεχθώ και να σχεδιάσω το επόμενο βήμα στην ζωή μου αλλά και τα πρέπει που άκουσα χωρίς να δοκιμάσω να αμφισβητήσω και να ορίσω τι εγώ θα κάνω με την ευθύνη και την πυγμή του εαυτού μου σαν ανεξάρτητη και αυτόνομη μονάδα. Η πορεία μεγάλη και γεμάτη δυσκολίες , το αποτέλεσμα η λύτρωση του εαυτού σου.» Στην αθλητική του καριέρα, ξεκινώντας από την ηλικία των 12 ετών, έχει πολλά επιτεύγματα, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της 19ης και 24ης θέσης στην παγκόσμια κατάταξη ως junior αθλητής μετά από τη συμμετοχή του στο Παγκόσμιο Πρωτάθλημα Κωπηλασίας Νέων, την απόκτηση 6 μετάλλίων στα Βαλκανικά Πρωταθλήματα καθώς και έχει διακριθεί 4 φορές ως Έλληνας Πρωταθλητής στο άθλημα του.
